The Bowlerite Shack
 

          The Bowlerite Shack was created in 2014. The creator and owner was creating wire wrapped jewelry out of various stones and other materials at the time, and was exploring the option of getting into lapidary work. During his research he heard the term "bowlerite", and discovered that bowlerite is crafted from recycled bowling balls.

          David found this intriquing, and started collecting broken bowling balls from several bowling alleys and got busy chopping them up to make the necessary cabochons for jewelry.

          It has been a fun adventure, with some time taken off to deal with family matters. The Bowlerite Shack is getting back to the business of recycling bowling balls into jewelry after almost 4 years away.
